Atria Plc's managers and persons involved in financial reporting are prohibited to trade (on their own account or for the account of a third party), directly or indirectly, in the financial instruments of the company during a closed period of 30 calendar days before the announcement of each of the quarterly financial reports and the year-end report (the financial statements release). The company applies the closed period after the end of each calendar quarter until the day after the announcement of the interim report or financial statements bulletin, as the case may be (the “Closed Window”). The Closed Window shall, however, always include at least 30 calendar daysimmediately preceding the announcement of the interim report or financial statement bulletin, as the case may be, and the day of publication of such report.

Atria Plc recommends that managers' closely associated persons comply with the above-mentioned closed window.
